  • How do I get started with Himalayan Job Explorer?

You can give us a call or visit our office during official hours. You can also send us an email at info@himalayanjob.com.np mentioning your area of interest and your qualification. We will address your needs and queries and make recommendation on it.

  • What differentiates you from your competitors?

Himalayan Job Explorer caters the needs and requirements of Job seekers as well as job providers. The company aims on providing “Better Choice for Better Opportunities”.  The company has its branch office in Tokyo, Japan and also the company has set up a training institute under the name of Himalayan Technical and Language Training Pvt. Ltd. (HTLT).

  • What areas do you recruit in?

Our company has pioneered in placing both skilled and unskilled candidates in technical, agriculture, construction and miscellaneous sectors globally. Currently we are sending trainee workers to Japan, Malaysia and many other gulf countries. Meanwhile, we have been exploring job market opportunities in European countries, USA, Canada and New Zealand.

  • What additional services do you provide?

Himalayan Job Explorer not only recruit candidates but also provides elite training for skill development in the field of Agriculture, Construction, Care giver and Hospitality sector through HTLT. Here in HTLT we run classes of Japanese language and other foreign languages as per necessity.

  • What documents do I need to provide?

Initially you will simply just need to provide us with a copy of your CV. Based on your individual circumstances, we will be able to advise you as to what other documentation you may require to submit during the processing period. Some of the important documents include valid Passport, medical examination certificate, citizenship certificate, photographs, certificate of qualification and training.

  • How does the fee structure of your company works?

Our fee structure depends as per the rules of Ministry of Labor and Employment as well as Foreign Employment Department.  It also depends on the job source, regulation of visa fee structure and work permit processing fees. We offer a service that offers excellent value and aims to reduce both the time and effort involved in your recruitment process.

  • How long does the recruitment process take?

As a rough estimation only, the recruitment procedure may take 6 months from the date when a position is first advertised, to the final offer being made for the countries like Japan, Canada and European Countries. If the candidates are willing to Malaysia and Gulf countries, the processing period may take 1 to 2 months. Besides that it depends upon the:

  • Immigration laws of both sending and hiring countries
  • Required documentation
  • Language Efficiency
  • Will you accept application online?

We do accept online applications. If it gets matched with the Job title that the applicant is seeking for, he/she will be contacted immediately and called for the interview.
